Calendly is fine until the consult never becomes a Lead. Amberpact scheduling is a public /book page that already knows Friday is off, Consultation is thirty minutes, and you need a fifteen-minute buffer.
When someone confirms, you get a real calendar event. If the meeting type says so, the project moves to Meeting scheduled.
Inquiry is the long form
/inquire is for the couple who wants to tell you about the oak tree. /book is for the time hold. Both create records. Neither dumps into a personal inbox you will lose at the grocery store.
Share the HTTPS links from Leads and the booking page. Staff Calendar is month, week, and day.
Hours belong to the studio
Settings can disable a weekday or change meeting types. The Golden Hour demo already has Consultation and a quick call. Book a slot as a guest, then log in as Chelsa and find it on the calendar.
Freelancers on Starter get booking. See Starter or compare plans.
