When someone confirms, you get a real calendar event. If the meeting type says so, the project moves to Meeting scheduled.
Inquiry is the long form
Your studio's inquiry link is for the couple who wants to tell you about the oak tree. Your studio's booking link is for the time hold. Both create records. Neither dumps into a personal inbox you will lose at the grocery store.

Hours belong to the studio
Settings can disable a weekday or change meeting types. The Golden Hour demo already has Consultation and a quick call. Book a slot as a guest, then open the demo as Chelsea and find it on the calendar.
