The service
Amberpact, operated from amberpact.com, provides web software for independent studios: pipeline and CRM, proposals, contracts and electronic signatures (typed or drawn), invoices, booking, automations, reports, and a branded client portal. Plans (Starter, Studio, Unlimited), prices, and the 30-day trial are listed on Pricing. Automations and reports require Studio or Unlimited.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your password private. You are responsible for teammates you invite and for content you store. The Golden Hour demo is a shared, labeled Demo workspace and may be reset. Do not put production client secrets in the demo.
Your content and e-sign
You own your contacts, files, and copy. You grant us a limited license to host and display them so the product works. Portal e-sign is an electronic record with an audit trail (typed name and optional drawing plus ESIGN consent). We do not warrant that a given contract will be enforceable in every jurisdiction.
Fees and trials
Paid plans renew after the 30-day trial unless you cancel in Settings → Billing (Stripe Customer Portal). We charge through Stripe Checkout. If platform billing is not connected on a given environment, signup still creates a workspace and we will not fake a charge. Client invoice payments are between you and Stripe or Square — separate from the Amberpact subscription.
Acceptable use
No unlawful use, no scraping other studios, no spam through the portal or inquiry form, no attempt to break another workspace’s isolation. We may suspend an account that threatens the service or other customers.
Disclaimers
The software is provided as-is. We do not promise uninterrupted uptime, tax advice, or that a booked job will close. Our liability is limited to fees you paid us in the prior three months, to the extent allowed by law.
