Agreements

Contracts and e-sign

Typed or drawn electronic signatures, an audit-trail certificate, and a polished PDF the client can download.

Proposals — collections clients open and accept

You need a signed agreement before you hold the date — not a week of “I’ll print it later.” Amberpact is typed name or a drawn pad, ESIGN consent, a certificate, and a PDF. It is not DocuSign and we do not pretend it is a courtroom exhibit.

Suggested contracts

Wedding, engagement, portrait, brand, planner, retainer addendum, model release, cancellation — start there, then edit.

Client signs in the portal

Legal name required. Type it or draw on the pad. Staff can countersign the same way.

Certificate and PDF

Name, time, method, and user agent stay on the file. Download a branded PDF from the portal or the staff page.

How it goes

  1. Step 1

New smart file → Contract, pick a suggested template, attach the project.

  2. Step 2

Send. The client opens the portal, types or draws, and signs.

  3. Step 3

Download the PDF. Optional workflow: contract signed → send the invoice and move toward Booked.
