Email is where files go to be renamed final_FINAL2.pdf. A portal is a single HTTPS link on the project: proposal, contract, invoice, questionnaire, files, sessions, messages.
Amberpact does not make clients invent another password. Each job has a portal token. View as client is the same page they get. Share the public URL — never localhost.
What they can do there
- Accept a collection
- Sign with a typed name and ESIGN consent
- Pay an invoice when Stripe or Square is linked
- Submit the questionnaire
- Download the moodboard you attached
Staff see the activity on the project. Messages they send in the portal land on the job and in Messages.
Brand the bar
Settings holds studio name and brand color. Inquire and the portal pick it up. If you want the product to look like a bank, we are the wrong company. If you want coral and gold on a Saturday, that is the point.
Photographers can start on the photographer page. Everyone else can tour Golden Hour.
