Email is where files go to be renamed final_FINAL2.pdf. A portal is a single HTTPS link on the project: proposal, contract, invoice, questionnaire, files, sessions, messages.
Your clients don't need another password. Each job has its own private link. View as client shows you exactly what they see.
What they can do there
- Accept a collection
- Sign with a typed name after agreeing to sign electronically
- Pay an invoice when Stripe is linked
- Submit the questionnaire
- Download the moodboard you attached
Staff see the activity on the project. Messages they send in the portal land on the job and in Messages.
Brand the bar
Set your studio name and brand color in Settings. Your inquiry form and portal use it. If you want coral and gold on a Saturday, that is the point.
Photographers can start on the photographer page. Everyone else can tour Golden Hour.
