A studio CRM photographers can actually tour

Why Amberpact exists as client management for creatives — customizable reports, honest checkout, and a live Golden Hour demo.

Most wedding photographers already know the category: a studio CRM that holds the inquiry, the proposal, the contract, and the invoice. The question is whether the scoreboard and the checkout still feel like they belong to you.

Amberpact is client management for creatives built as a studio OS: pipeline, proposals, contracts, invoices, booking, and a branded client portal. It is colorful on purpose. It is not a bank theme with a peach filter.

What we refused to copy

Typical studio-CRM reports are mostly fixed presets plus a date filter. If you want a view that is “weddings, Instagram, last twelve months, hide the lead table,” you are out of luck. Amberpact Reports lets you start from a preset, change widgets, save the view, pin it to Home, and export CSV.

We also refused fake money. Home “collected this month” is the sum of payments by paidAt. An empty live studio sees an empty chart.

What you can click today

Golden Hour Studio is a seeded Los Angeles wedding photography workspace. One-click demo login, no card, labeled Demo. You can accept a collection as Vasquez, sign as Hale, and watch an overdue Kapoor retainer sit on Home.

Your own signup is a different studio — empty pipeline, default stages, inquiry form. We do not pour fake clients into a paying account.

Price, said plainly

Starter is $29/mo for one person and the client work. Studio is $59 with automations, reports, five seats, and files. Unlimited is $99. Every plan has a 30-day trial. Yearly knocks two months off.

If you want the job-to-cash loop with a scoreboard you edit, start a trial or tour the demo.
