Shared galleries live at /g/… . Tap a photo to select it. Staff sees how many are marked.
Tied to the job
Create a gallery from Galleries or see it on the project and in the client portal.
Uses your file storage
Photos go through the same S3/R2 path as Files. Local demo writes disk; Vercel needs S3_*.
How it goes

Galleries → name the set, attach a project, add photos.

Share for proofing. Send the client the link or open it from the portal.

They tap keepers. You retouch those.
